The RFP win was the beginning, not the destination.

A constant stream of RFPs and security questionnaires, answered from content scattered across systems and a legacy tool that still served stale answers.

Tribble drafts from TaskUs’s own approved knowledge, experts review where judgment matters, and the Brain now runs well beyond the bid desk.

1,300+people inside UiPath working on one Brain
485,000questions, prompts and workflow runs through it so far
350+partners reaching the same governed answers on their own

One source of truth, for sellers and partners.

Content in Highspot, context in Confluence and SharePoint, deal history in Salesforce and call recordings. Sellers felt the seams every day.

One source of truth now carries a rep from prep, through the call, to CRM writeback, and the same Brain answers the partner ecosystem.

Hoursto complete detailed security questionnaires, instead of days
10-20%of security responses needed specialist review

Four tools out. One place for answers.

Revenue and security teams rebuilt the same answers across Slack, Loopio, Whistic and Drive for every RFP and questionnaire.

Tribble centralized that knowledge with confidence signals, so review is reserved for the questions that actually need a human.

1RFP run to buy an RFP tool, scored the way Rightway’s own clients score them

They ran an RFP to buy their RFP tool.

A content library that needed constant grooming and still served outdated answers, with expert hours consumed by every response.

Now every answer comes from the Brain, and when a request outpaces the team, the sales floor no longer waits.

30-45 minof digging through Gong and Salesforce to work out why a deal died, now automatic

Scattered deal knowledge, turned into wins.

Deal intelligence lived across the CRM, the content library, call recordings and spreadsheets, and reps reassembled it by hand.

Knowledge now goes to work: reconstructing why a deal died, drafting the outreach, and answering in the thread where the question was asked.

500+leads gone quiet on one rep’s book, surfaced the first time the Brain looked
85%+of questions answered straight from approved sources, no one drafting by hand

Forecasting stopped being a deck someone assembles.

Revenue data lived across four systems, so forecasts meant manual assembly and the number depended on who you asked.

The Brain draws on every system at once. Reporting is continuous, and data hygiene is something the platform does rather than a quarterly project.

What is Respond?

Governed

Every answer comes from content you approve. You can see the source, see the confidence, and loop in an expert when something feels thin. A person you name can still say no before it goes out.

Built to win

RFPs, DDQs, security questionnaires, long-form buyer questions. Written the way your best people would write them, with the full context of the deal. Go/No-Go so experts spend time on the responses that matter.

In the flow of work

It shows up where the work already happens: Slack, Teams, intake portals. The whole company can use the same answers. Your first RFP can be live in 24 hours.

Works with your stack

Draft from the tools the team already lives in.

CRM, drives, wiki and calls feed the Brain, so every format starts from the same approved material instead of another disconnected box.

RFP automation

The one that sets the deadline.

Hundreds of questions, five people who own the answers, and a date somebody else picked. Tribble drafts from material you have already approved, with the document named on each answer and a confidence level so review lands where it is actually needed.

Go or no-go before the writing starts, so your experts are spent on the responses worth winning rather than on all of them.

A sourced RFP draft
Sourced draft out Cited answers, a confidence level, and an expert loop where it matters.

Long-form responses

Narrative, not a cell.

Some buyer questions want prose: the approach, the methodology, why you and not the incumbent. Written with the full context of the deal, the way your best person would write it.

A source on every claim, and a named person can reject or replace it before it leaves.

A long-form response with its sources
Narrative draft out A long-form answer in the editor, with its sources beside the draft.

Security questionnaires

The reviewer will not accept a paraphrase.

SIG, CAIQ, a buyer’s own spreadsheet. Every cell answered from evidence you have approved, rather than from memory of the last one you filled in.

Low confidence is flagged rather than buried, and it routes to whoever owns that control before the pack leaves the building.

Example SIG Lite questionnaire with a confidence level on every answer; low-confidence ones are sent to their owner
Flagged answers out Review flags on the low-confidence cells, and an expert loop before it ships.

DDQ automation

A diligence pack is one document, not forty.

Sections, owners and cited cells stay together in a single workbook, so the deal team is not reassembling it out of email the night before it is due.

Fund, policy and control context travels with the answer, which is what makes the second DDQ faster than the first.

Example investor DDQ workbook with sections, owners and cited answers
Workbook out Sections, owners and cited cells, in one workbook.

Portal and chat intake

A question arrives. A sourced answer goes back.

Slack, Teams, an intake portal. Somebody asks, and they get the approved answer with its source attached, in the thread they asked in.

Anyone can ask. The answer comes back with its source, in Slack, Teams or the portal they asked in.

Example Slack thread: a question answered with its approved source
Intake to draft A portal or chat question in, a sourced answer back in the same thread.

What is the Brain?

The Brain is the place your company already knows the answers. We connect it once, so the next RFP, questionnaire, and security review start from the same trusted sources, with a citation on every claim.

Frequently asked questions

How Respond cites sources, routes review and gets a first RFP live.

What is RFP automation software?

RFP automation software reads a buyer’s questionnaire, finds your approved answers, drafts the response and routes review, so teams submit faster. Tribble Respond adds a source and a confidence level to every answer, sends uncertain ones to the right expert, and gets better each time someone reviews a draft.

How is Tribble different from a static RFP library?

A library stores last year’s answers and needs constant upkeep. Tribble drafts each answer from your current approved sources, in the context of this buyer, and shows the evidence behind every claim. When a policy changes, the next response uses the new version.

Will it just paste old answers like our current tool?

No. Tribble writes new answers from your current sources and uses past wins as context, not as a clipboard.

What if an answer is wrong?

Every answer has a confidence level. Low-confidence answers are flagged and sent to the right expert before they reach the buyer, and nothing goes out without a person approving it.

Can Tribble work with our existing content and tools?

Yes. Tribble connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Drive, SharePoint, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gong, Box and OneDrive, among others. Most teams start with existing proposal content, policies, product docs and past winning responses.

What formats can Tribble handle?

Word, Excel, PDF and buyer portal exports. Tribble reads the question structure, drafts the answers and puts them back into the format the buyer asked for.

Does it handle security questionnaires and DDQs too?

Yes. The same approved answers cover RFPs, security questionnaires such as SIG and CAIQ, and DDQs. Tribble is SOC 2 Type II compliant, with SSO, role-based access and an audit history on every answer.

Can our experts review without leaving Slack?

Yes. Review requests arrive in Slack or Microsoft Teams with the question, the draft, its sources and the deadline. Experts approve, edit or pass it on without switching tools.

How is Respond priced?

Per project: each RFP, DDQ or security questionnaire counts as one. Everyone who helps answer it is included, and so is the Brain. The pricing page has the details.

How quickly can we try it?

Bring one real RFP or questionnaire to the demo. We’ll show which answers Tribble can draft from your material and which ones need an expert, and your first RFP can be live in 24 hours.
